Presented at the 2013 Improving Data, Improving Outcomes Conference. This session was designed to help States focus on new developments in the IDEA Part C and FERPA requirements regarding data sharing and confidentiality. The session included highlights of the 2011 IDEA Part C regulations, the 2012 FERPA regulation on audit/evaluation exception, the 2013 Uninterrupted Scholars Act, and other developments. There was also time for discussion and questions from participants.
