Abstract:

Presented at the 2013 Improving Data, Improving Outcomes Conference. Find out the latest about the validity and reliability of ratings using the Child Outcomes Summary (COS) process from the ENHANCE project. Examine preliminary findings from the child assessments study and consider implications for relationships between COS ratings and scores on other assessments. Updates from other ENHANCE studies, lessons learned from work with local programs, and ideas about activities individual states can undertake to examine the validity and reliability of COS data were also discussed.
