Abstract:

Presented at the 2013 Improving Data, Improving Outcomes Conference. How do we update and align monitoring processes to be data-driven, maintain general supervision responsibilities, monitor for compliance AND results, support local and state level improvement/TA efforts, balance the load against existing resources (AND maintain sanity)? Particpants came ready to study, share, scrutinize, strategize, and select some solutions to use in their state. This was a facilitated discussion format.
