Presented at the 2009 Measuring Child and Family Outcomes Conference.

Presenters from the Center for Early Literacy Learning (CELL) and the Technical Assistance on Social Emotional Intervention Project (TACSEI) described and discussed the resources they have developed to assist states in improving the outcomes for children participating in Part C and Section 619. They related recommended intervention strategies to child progress in the three OSEP outcome areas.
