Presented at the 2010 Measuring Child and Family Outcomes Conference.

States and local programs are making child and family outcomes measurement more efficient and more effective by integrating those processes with IFSP and IEP development and implementation. Presenters shared a generic flow chart of integrated process and describe variations as implemented at State and local levels.
