Abstract:

Presented at the 2009 Measuring Child and Family Outcomes Conference.

Designed for states using the Child Outcomes Sumary Form (COSF), this session addressed the need for quality assurance activities that demonstrate the users' knowledge of the 7-point rating scale. The session addressed frequently asked questions about writing evidence to support the rating, such as, "How much is too little? How much is too much?" Presenters shared strategies for documenting the COSF rating and reviewing COSF supporting evidence for quality assurance purposes.
