The ECTA Center hosted an encore presentation of this popular session from the 2013 Improving Data, Improving Outcomes Conference. How can programs use outcomes data to change systems and practices? On this webinar, presenters reviewed key tools designed by the Early Childhood Outcomes (ECO) Center to help state and local programs analyze, interpret, and use outcomes data. Ruth Chvojicek from Wisconsin shared how their state TA has focused on using their child outcomes data to help local programs improve the quality of their data and change practices.

Hosted by the ECTA Center Outcomes Team, this webinar presented a new resource for states to understand their child outcomes data. The state child outcomes data quality profiles include an individualized analysis of a state's data compared to national data, trends over time within the state, and data quality criteria including out of range progress categories and missing data. Participants walked  through the charts and graphs included in the report and had the opportunity to talk with TA providers.
